We are very grateful to the contributors listed below, who have generously contributed material relating to the history of Gloucester Rugby to our project. This material will be listed in the project catalogue (held at Gloucestershire Archives), with appropriate acknowledgement.

Some material will be displayed either at Kingsholm or in temporary displays at other venues. Documents and photographs will be stored at Gloucestershire Archives in climate-controlled containers, in order to preserve them for the future. Artefacts will be stored at Kingsholm. All will be open to public access on request. Much of the material will also be transcribed or copied onto the project website, thereby allowing wider public access.
