The Gloucester Magpie Cartoons

The Gloucester Magpie was a magazine published by Henry Bailey & Francis William Sterry, of 88, Southgate St., Gloucester. Various cartoonists provided material over a period of time, and some of the more detailed portraits were produced from photographs. In addition to the portraits, a number of the cartoons reported on specific matches, or provided relevant comment.
