After 36 minutes Gloucester took the lead with a try (4 points) scored just inside the left touch line by Richard Mogg.  The difficult kick was converted by Peter Butler for an additional 2 points making the score 6 – 0 to Gloucester which remained the score at half-time.
Then, in the second half, having missed three previous attempts at goal, Dusty Hare scored a penalty goal bringing the score to 6 – 3.   The score remained at that until after 2 minutes of extra-time Mike Burton kicked the ball into touch for a fine Gloucester win.

The recording is 56 minutes long and contains highlights of the match and the presentation of the cup to John Watkins.   This is followed by some four and a half minutes of interviews with some of the players.

We hope you enjoy reliving this spectacular event.
